Hi Everyone!! This is a blog about me and my cakes. My name is Michelle and I graduated with a degree in pastry arts. I love to bake and create wonderful cakes for friends and family. I spent this last year ( 2007-2008 ) teaching elementary school kids basic cooking. It was a blast!!! This summer I spent teaching 2 sweet girls the basics of decorating. It has been a wonderful time and I have enjoyed every minute of it.
I started this blog at my cousin’s request because she was tired of hearing about all these things I was doing and not getting to see anything. She has spent so much time helping me set this up and I totally appreciate it. Love ya Jules!!!!
I hope that you like what you see and are inspired to try new things. A lot the time, I am just figuring it out from a book and doing it my way. A little skill, a lot of creativity and a ton of practice is all it takes. That and sometimes doing it over….lol
